The 2015 Economic Forecast Forum will bring together the state’s most influential business leaders. This year’s Forum will feature two keynote addresses: Brad Wilson, President & CEO with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and Christopher Franklin, EVP & COO of Regulated Operations with Aqua America. Mark Vitner, Managing Partner and Senior Economist with Wells Fargo Securities will be providing his economic outlook for the new year.
In addition to the Forum, a special session is held each year focusing on a different segment of economic development. This year’s session will feature the economic impact of technology in North Carolina. Our state’s workforce has experienced immense change over the past generation and has evolved from an economy based on tobacco, textiles and furniture, to become a leader in finance, food processing, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and technology. From job creation to communications to increasing business efficiencies and productivity, technology plays a vital role in North Carolina’s future. How do we take advantage of these advances and, on the other hand, how do we protect ourselves from them? Speakers will address a variety of topics including job creation, innovative technology and cybersecurity.
This is the perfect opportunity to bring your officers, board members, and your best customers and prospects. Only sponsored tables will have reserved seating. Without a doubt, the Forum will sell out quickly. For more information, please contact the NC Bankers Association meetings department at 800-662-7044 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
